At NIW we aim to create an outstanding employee experience and a values-based work culture where everyone feels safe, supported and empowered to reach their full potential and excel in whatever they do. Our new corporate Values Strategy was introduced in 2020 with 5 new values – Respect, Excellence, Customer, integrity and Sustainability. The goal of our strategy is to create a Values-based culture by putting into words the beliefs, principles ad behaviours that we want our people to share and demonstrate.
In 2021 we embarked on a new programme of work to bring our corporate values to life in order to increase awareness and understanding of our values and embed the associated behaviours throughout our organisation over the next five years the aim is to ensure that everyone subscribes to the view that it is not just what we do that is important but also how we do it.
