‘Heart’ felt appeal by NI Water

NI Water and H20 are asking everyone to ‘Love their Heart’ this Valentine’s Day. The human heart is approximately 70% water, so while it might be hard to ‘break’ it certainly still needs to be looked after this Valentine’s weekend!
Water is a key ingredient for a healthy heart and our high quality drinking water is a perfect way to keep yourself hydrated and alert. Water is fat free, sugar free, has no calories or caffeine. It also helps to improve concentration and can prevent headaches, tiredness and bad breath – essential if you’re due a Valentine’s Day kiss!
