Holywood Sewerage Scheme – Preparation for Tunnelling Work: A2 Carriageway

NI Water in agreement with Transport NI intends to carry out some preparation work in advance of the tunnel crossing of the A2 opposite Strathearn Court. This work will be carried out over the weekend of 13th of November – 16th of November 2015.

It will be necessary to have a lane closure in place on the Bangor bound side of the A2 carriageway at Holywood.

The lane closure will be in place from 19.00 on Friday 13th November to 16.00 on Monday 16th November, the work will be carried out 24/7 during this time.
