Update on impact of Industrial Action

NI Water can confirm the issue with Lough Fea Water Treatment Works which resulted in properties directly served from the Works experiencing an interruption to their water supply has been resolved.  

There is an ongoing issue in the Pomeroy area affecting approximately 35 properties.   NI Water have multiple staff deployed in the area to address air locking in the system and we are hoping to have this resolved by this evening.

NI Water fully recognises this is a frustrating experience for our customers, and can assure them we are doing everything possible to restore water supplies as quickly as possible.
