The publication of the Draft Determination allows us to begin to assess the Regulator’s view of NI Water’s revenue requirements over the six year period covered by the plan as well as the associated outputs.
“The process now provides for fourteen weeks to prepare a response. We look forward to providing our response and will continue to engage with the Utility Regulator and other Stakeholders in a constructive manner.”
