Driving the Message Home to Beat the Freeze!

Transport Minister Danny Kennedy was on hand to welcome the NIW Waterbus to Stormont recently to give local MLAs and staff a lesson on how to prepare for winter and Beat the Freeze!

Minister Kennedy explained;

“The purpose of today’s event is to once again raise awareness of the challenges that can arise with the arrival of colder weather.

“With mild winters we can all become a little complacent, this is a chance to remind us that severe weather can strike at any time and we all must be prepared.”
