NI Water Wins Best Employee Experience Programme at the CIPD NI 2025 Awards

NI Water was awarded Best Employee Experience Programme at the highly coveted Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) NI Awards, which were held in Titanic Belfast on Thursday 6^th March 2025.

This award celebrates organisations that have created a supportive and empowering culture, implementing impactful, effective and sustainable programmes to promote employee participation in shaping the company’s future. The judges commended NI Water’s considered approach to delivering a variety of innovative initiatives that have supported employee participation and good working lives.

The CIPD Awards in Northern Ireland are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the Human Resources (HR) profession in Northern Ireland. The awards celebrate the contribution of HR and People Management to organisations of all sizes and in all sectors
