Sewer improvement work planned for Shankill area

A lane closure will be in place next week on the Shankill Road and Peter’s Hill (between Shankill Parade and North Boundary Street) as our contractor AG Wilson carries out sewer improvement work in the area.

To facilitate the continuous lane closure, Shankill Parade will be closed with its junction with Shankill Road. A signposted diversion will be via Shankill Road, North Boundary Street and Shankill Parade.

Repairs will also be undertaken over two days next week on Brown Square. A lane and footpath closure will be implemented to facilitate this work.

AG Wilson will make every effort to minimise noise and complete the work in the shortest possible timeframe. Access for businesses and residents will be maintained but could be subject to short delay. For safety reasons, parking restrictions may be in place around any working area.
