Emergency repairs commenced in in the Ballyarnett Rd area of Derry/Londonderry

NI Water has commenced an emergency repair on a burst watermain in the Ballyarnett Rd area of Derry/Londonderry.

Our immediate priority is to provide help and support to homeowners affected, and repair the burst.  

Bursts of this scale that impact on homes in this way, are thankfully rare.  However, bursts in general can occur anywhere on our network, for a variety of reasons, including the age and condition of the pipework, location, weather etc. 

NI Water would like to thank those customers who experienced a drop in their water pressure or a loss of water for their patience and can reassure them we are working as quickly as possible to repair the main and restore supply
