Precautionary customer information – discolouration (BT47 and BT48)

The flooding earlier this week in the BT47 and BT48 areas caused damage to some elements of the water supply infrastructure. Water supply arrangements in the area were altered to maintain service to customers.

Some customers may experience temporary changes in taste and discolouration, this is normal when the water supply arrangements in an area are adjusted.
