From Little Ripples – Community & Charity Support Programme

Our ‘From Little Ripples’ Community & Charity Support Programme is a simple, straightforward Dragons Den style process for our internal colleagues – where they fill in a basic entry form about a group they’d like to help, then if shortlisted, come and pitch the idea to our panel of Dragons! Volunteering support and some funding is available to help our colleagues make a real difference to their chosen group or charity.

Projects could include getting an ‘extreme makeover’ team together to decorate accommodation for a charity group, improving a garden in a special school/creating a sensory garden or perhaps a community enhancement project. We have supported our colleagues in a number of charity projects – chosen by them! Our colleagues showed passion, enthusiasm and commitment to helping their causes including Cara Friend, Castlecaulfield Horticultural Society, Ark Housing (Men’s Shed) and Mindwise.
