Measured Customers
Measured charges are applicable for any metered supply where water is used for non-domestic purposes, or where the supply is connected to non-domestic appliances even though they may not be in use.
In order to amend the status of your supply from non-domestic to domestic please fully complete and return a ‘Request To Reclassify A Metered Supply’ form. Please note an incomplete form may result in delays with your query being dealt with.
An inspection of your property may be required to verify the information you have provided.
Unmeasured Customers
Unmeasured charges are applicable for any property that is listed on the Land and Property Services (LPS) non-domestic valuation list.
If LPS currently list your property as non-domestic, please contact them to request reclassification. Once your property has been reclassified, please contact us, providing a copy of your reclassification certificate, showing the effective date of change.
